The original Consumer record in GALAXYnet was not deleted so that it could be recreated with the correct information from a billing import. Please follow the steps below to properly update the GALAXYnet software.
1. Delete the old customer record by AMR number in Galaxy net by going to Maintenance and selecting delete Consumer / Site.
2. From the pop up you will want to select consumer only in the first drop down.
3. In the second drop down choose the site name.
4. In the third box change the AMR number to the one you want to delete. In the forth do the same as the third. Then click ok. This deletes a single consumer record.
5. Run an import so that the new transmitter and consumer record get placed in the database.
