One way to tell if there is flow to a Disc meter is to put a register on the meter, if there is the smallest amount of flow, the “low flow indicator” will turn. Another way to tell if there is flow to a disc meter is to put a paper clip on the meter head and if the paper clip moves then there is flow to the meter.
